Chelsea Rojas is Director of Academic Support Services in the University of Florida Graduate School.

She is a two-time UF alumna (Marriage and Family Counseling Master of Education and Specialist in Education, 2016).

She joined the Graduate School staff in 2024 after eight years of employment with the Gator Nation. She moved from the UF College of Medicine, where she managed state grants with the Florida Department of Health and Texas Health and Human Services, all focused on improving services for the Medicaid population and their families.

As an experienced project manager and coach, she strives to expand effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to ensure all stakeholders feel validated in their contributions to the success of goals and outcomes desired.

Outside of the office, she enjoy spending time with her family, reading, and traveling to escape the Florida heat.
