Alberto Ochoa Fernandez is Graduate Assistant in the Office of Graduate Professional Development (OGPD) within the University of Florida Graduate School.
He is an alumnus of the Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz in Colombia (bachelor’s degree in psychology) and Universidad de Alcalá in Spain (master’s degree in human resources management).
He is now working toward a UF Doctor of Philosophy degree in Agricultural Education and Communication, with a research focus on leadership amid periods of transition and such changes’ impact on organizational processes.
His doctoral research interests are rooted in his 20 years of experience in diverse organizations — including a career in human resources as a training leader, well-being manager, consultant, and more in Chile, Colombia, Spain, and the United States.
