Purpose
The CFGS 2026 Poster Presentation provides graduate students opportunity to showcase their research and engage fellow scholars and spectators. Space is limited, so posters will be chosen on a competitive basis. Choices will be announced by Tuesday, March 10, 2026. After reading this webpage, click here to sign up!
Poster Dimensions and Features
Posters can be no larger than 36 inches by 48 inches (either landscape or portrait in orientation).
Posters must include...
- Title
- Author(s) and affiliation(s)
- Introduction/Background
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- References (if applicable)
Poster Content and Design
- Posters must represent original research or scholarly work.
- All text and visuals on posters ought to be legible from three to four feet away.
- Use clear headings and logical flow.
- Avoid excessive text — use bullet points and visuals where possible.
- Ensure that images and graphs are high-resolution.
Language Requirement
- All poster content must be in English
Poster Presentation Requirement
- Presenters must be on hand with their posters during the poster session to discuss their work.
- No additional props or multimedia are allowed.
Judging
- The decision of the judges panel rating poster presentations is final.
