My institution is bringing several staff members. Is an institutional rate available?
We’re happy to offer a group rate for the conference. Interested institutions can bring up to six staffers, faculty, or administrators for a discount on registration. To learn more, please get in touch with us via our Contact Us webpage.
What are the guidelines for the “Best of Florida” lightning round talks covering Academics or Student Success?
For everyone to have a chance, this lightning round exchange will be limited to five slides in a presentation, take no more than 10 minutes to present and five minutes for questions.
How many students can I register and send for the poster or 3MT (Three Minute Thesis) competitions?
Based on time and space limitations, we need to cap the poster session at two participants per school, with one alternate. Alternates for the poster session will be notified by March 1, 2025 and required to register. 3MT participants are limited to one per school.
I’m presenting. What technology will be available in the session rooms?
Each session room will be equipped with a projector, screen, and laptop with standard presentation software. If you have a Mac, you are encouraged to bring your own adapter and power cord. If you have specific tech needs, please reach out to us via our Contact Us webpage.
Is there a virtual attendance option?
At this time, the conference is fully in-person. However, select sessions may be recorded and made available post-conference. Check our Program & Agenda webpage for updates.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations made before ... will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. After that date, refunds are not guaranteed. See our cancellation policy on our Registration webpage for full details.
What should I wear?
Business casual attire is encouraged.
