The Graduate Student Mentoring Awards (GSMA) recognize University of Florida graduate students who go the extra mile by mentoring.
Yearly, a committee of faculty and staff with mentoring experience choose recipients for this honor after reviewing their academic and professional accomplishments, mentorship philosophy, mentoring effectiveness, and their impact on their mentees’ academic and professional growth.
Each year, the GSMA awards six prizes of $500 each.
