The Exchange
The Exchange brings together the UF Graduate School and campus partners to share updates and insights on policies, processes, and best practices.

The Exchange is a Graduate School initiative that draws together campus partners who engage most directly with graduate students — associate deans, graduate coordinators, and staff — to foster constructive and meaningful impact in the exercise of graduate education throughout the University of Florida.
Through three interrelated avenues — Associate Deans Meetings, Monthly Meetups, and the On-Demand Resource Hub — it aims to strengthen UF’s collective capacity to lead, adapt, and improve graduate education by sharing resources, cultivating dialogue, expanding networks, and enhancing teamwork.
A structured forum held once a semester for senior academic leadership across colleges to engage in strategic dialogue, strengthen cross-unit collaboration, and advance shared goals in graduate education at UF. Graduate associate deans, keep an eye out for email invitations from Dr. Tom Kelleher, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the UF Graduate School.
Online gatherings that provide collegial space for exchanging ideas, sharing updates on policies and procedures, and exploring innovative approaches to improving the graduate student experience at UF.
