Erin Rice

Associate Director

Erin Rice is Associate Director of Graduate Recruitment within the University of Florida Graduate School.

She is a UF alumna twice over, with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a minor in mass communication (2005), and a Master of Science in Management from its Hough Graduate School of Business (2014).

Working at the UF Graduate School since 2015, she previously coordinated programming in graduate student retention, academic advancement, and leadership development — plus special events and initiatives such as the Board of Education (BOE) Summer Fellowship, Campus Visitation Program (CVP), Fall Welcome, and Graduate Student Appreciation Week (GSAW).

She now coordinates the UF Graduate School's recruitment outreach efforts and strategies both on and off campus.

Her prior experience include campaign coordination for the United Way, recruitment, and business management.
