Aaron Mares

Data Scientist

Aaron Mares is Data Scientist within the University of Florida Graduate School.

He is a two-time UF alumnus with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UF’s Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering  (2020) and a Master of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management degree, with a concentration in data science, through UF’s Warrington College of Business (2024).

He became a full-time Graduate School employee soon after graduation with his bachelor’s degree, working in data management. As part of its Office of the Dean now, he handles data analysis.

His interests include playing music, badminton, tennis, and reading.
