Isabell Concepcion

Executive Assistant

Isabell Concepcion is Executive Assistant to Dr. Nicole L.P. Stedman in the Office of the Dean at the University of Florida Graduate School.

She is an alumna of the University of Central Florida (Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology).

Previously, she worked as an Administrative Specialist at the University of Florida AI² Center, where she oversaw key administrative and operational functions in support of the center’s initiatives in artificial intelligence education and outreach. In that role, she plied her extensive background in administration, marketing, and communication to enhance the AI² Center’s mission by coordinating events, workshops, and logistics.

She specializes in executive support and operational management, working with senior leadership to manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, and advance strategic initiatives in collaboration with academic, industry, and government partners.
